Māhuri Line complies with the Australian Consumer Law (ACL)

Refunds, Returns & Exchanges

You may be entitled to a refund or replacement where a product is:

  • faulty or defective
  • damaged on arrival
  • unsafe
  • significantly different from the description provided

If you believe your item has a fault, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with:

  • your order number
  • description of the fault
  • photos of the product concern

We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.

Claims are assessed in accordance with consumer law.

Eligibility for Refunds and Exchanges

For eligible clothing and apparel items, we offer:

  • exchanges
  • or refunds

Eligibility conditions:

  • items must be unworn and unwashed
  • original tags and packaging must be attached
  • return request must be made within 7 days of delivery

All return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility, and returns must be sent using tracked shipping. Māhuri Line reserves the right to refuse any return that does not meet these conditions.


If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Items NOT Eligible for Change of Mind Returns

For hygiene and safety reasons, returns or exchanges are not accepted on:

  • Change of Mind/wrong product choice
  • Swimwear
  • sale or clearance items
  • gift cards

Damages and issues

Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
